TERMS OF USE
Kindly read these terms and conditions carefully before using the services of BIOLOR. By using them, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1 . INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHT, AND PROTECTION OF DATABASES
All content, existing or made available through the Services of BIOLOR , such as texts, graphics, logos, buttons, images, is the property of BIOLOR, its affiliates or its content suppliers and is protected by Swiss and international law on intellectual property, copyright and protection of databases. The compilation of all content, existing or made available through the Services of BIOLOR, is the exclusive property of BIOLOR and is protected by Swiss and international law on intellectual property and protection of databases.

You should not systematically extract and / or reuse parts of the content of any service of BIOLOR without our express and written authorization. In particular, you should not use a suction data processor, or any other similar tool of collection or extraction of data to extract (in one or several times), to reuse a substantial part of any service of BIOLOR without our express and written consent. You should not neither create and / or publish your own databases that would involve substantial parts (ex our prices and product listings) of a service of BIOLOR without our express and written consent.

2 . TRADEMARKS

Graphics, logos, page headers, buttons, scripts, and name of services included or made available through a service of BIOLOR are trademarks or visuals of BIOLOR. Brands and visuals of BIOLOR cannot be used for products or services that do not belong to BIOLOR, or in any manner that may cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits BIOLOR. All other brands that do not belong to BIOLOR and appear on any of the services of BIOLOR are the property of their respective owners.

3 . YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use any of the services of BIOLOR, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, access restrictions to your computer, and within the limits of what is permitted by the applicable law, you agree to be responsible for all activities that have been undertaken from your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your password remains confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password is known to someone else, or if the password is used or capable of being used in an unauthorized manner. You are responsible for the validity and complete nature of the information that you provided us with, and should inform us of any changes to such information. You can access your information and change it, as well as your account settings, in the website space provided for this purpose .

We reserve the right to refuse access, block accounts, remove or edit content if you are in violation of applicable laws, these Terms of Use or any other terms, conditions, guidelines or policy of BIOLOR.

4 . OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We shall do our best to ensure the availability of the services of BIOLOR and that transmissions shall be error-free. However, because of the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to BIOLOR services may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or addition of a new feature or a new service. We shall strive to limit the frequency and duration of such suspensions or limitations.

5 . APPLICABLE LAW

These general terms of use are governed by the Swiss law and the application of the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You, likewise, agree to submit all disputes arising from the business relationship between you and us to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud in Switzerland, which means that for the application of these Terms of Use, you can file a lawsuit to enforce your rights as a consumer in Switzerland.

6 . MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE TERMS OF USE

We reserve the right to make changes to any service of BIOLOR, our procedures, our terms and conditions, including these Terms of Use at any time. You are subject to the terms and conditions, procedures and Terms of Use in effect at the time you use any services of BIOLOR . If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid, null, or inapplicable, for whatever reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

7 . WAIVER

If you violate these Terms of Use and we take no action, we would still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you would be violating these Terms of Use.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products between you and BIOLOR SARL.

Thank you for reading these conditions carefully before making an order with BIOLOR SARL. By ordering from BIOLOR SARL, you give us your consent to be bound by these conditions.

1 . OUR CONTRACT

After placing your order, you shall receive an e-mail confirming it. We inform you that your items were sent.

However, you have the option to change your order until the date of dispatch of your items.

Please note that we only sell products in quantities corresponding to the usual average needs of a household. This applies both to the number of products ordered in one order and to the number of individual orders respecting the usual quantity for a normal household placed for the same product.

2 . RETURNS

Satisfied or refunded - within 7 days upon receipt of your order, you can return at your expenses, any product that is not satisfactory. The amount paid for the product or products shall be refunded.

Returned goods should be sent to BIOLOR SARL, Avenue des Baumettes 17, 1020 Renens, Switzerland.

3 . PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All the prices are VAT excluded. For a delivery in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, the Swiss VAT in effect at the time of the order shall be automatically applied.
We show the availability of the products we sell on the website for each product file. We cannot provide more details concerning the availability of products than what is shown on that page or elsewhere on the website. When processing your order, we shall inform you by email as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are found to be unavailable, and we shall not charge you for these products.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of products in our catalog may display an error on the price. We shall check the price when processing your order and before any payment . If it turns out that we made a mistake on the display price and the real price is higher than the price on the website, we may contact you to ask if you want to buy the product at the real price or if you decide to cancel your order. If the real price is lower than the display price, we charge you the lowest amount and we shall send you the product.

4 . CUSTOMS

When ordering products on Biolor.ch to be delivered outside Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, you may be subject to duties and taxes on imports, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. All clearance fees shall be your responsibility and we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs for further information. In addition, kindly note that when ordering on Biolor.ch, you are considered the official importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the products. Protecting your privacy is important to us and we draw the attention of our international customers to the fact that cross-border deliveries are likely to be opened and inspected by customs authorities. 5 . OUR RESPONSIBILITY

You benefit from the legal guarantee of non-conformity and hidden defects.

With the exception of deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we assume no liability in the event that the delivered item does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery.

We are committed to providing all the care used in the profession for the performance of the service offered to the customer. However, our liability cannot be held in case of delay or breach of our contractual obligations if the delay or failure is due to a reason beyond our control: a fortuitous event or force majeure as defined by the applicable law.

We shall not be held responsible in case of minor differences between the delivered products and pictures of the items and texts found on Biolor.ch.

We shall use all the means at our disposal to ensure the benefits, object of these Conditions of Sale. We are responsible for any direct and foreseeable damages upon use of the website or conclusion of the contract of sale between us and you.

The limitation of liability referred to above does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, in the event of injury or liability for defective products and in case of non-conformity (including hidden defects).

We send the packages by the Swiss Post. Your participation in the transportation fees:

For orders up to 200 .00 CHF:

Economy: 10.00 CHF

Priority : 12.00 CHF

For orders exceeding 200.00 CHF : we handle the full transportation fees.

International

We send the packages by ARAMEX. Your participation in transportation fees is X CHF for orders below 200.00 CHF and Y for orders above 200.00 CHF.
